Restructured the investigator workflow around inspection, not data. Result: 18× faster evidence packs and zero spreadsheet exports.
Designed a table-first workspace with Excel-native interactions, guided onboarding, and audit-trail compliance — adopted across 3 business units in 4 weeks.
Designed a two-sided system: a tablet-first operator interface built for gloved hands and zero friction, and a self-service logbook builder — now in controlled pilot.
Expertise
Built token-based systems from the ground up, primitives, components, the lot, with nothing to start from.
Turned paper-based, compliance-heavy processes into validated digital workflows. Audit trails, ALCOA+ traceability, and real usability treated as one problem, not two competing ones.
Worked closely with developers and product owners to keep designs grounded in what could actually be built. Flagged complexity early, adapted to constraints before they became blockers, and kept design, product, and engineering aligned through to delivery.
Sole designer across four regulated SaaS products at once. Kept each product consistent in behaviour and identity while sharing components across all of them.

I'm a Senior Product Designer with a background in development. That shapes how I work, I think about constraints, edge cases, and what actually gets built.
For the past five years I've been designing enterprise software for the pharmaceutical industry. The products I work on are compliance-heavy and used by people who can't afford mistakes. My job is to make them clear, reliable, and usable under pressure.
I care about solving real problems, not just making things look good.
